Description
The baitholder pattern is a freshwater standard, but also is incredibly popular in saltwater for estuary species such as bream. Thanks to the use of high quality steel, and like all Gamakatsu hooks, the Baitholder is pin sharp due to the unique chemical sharpening process.
Key to its success is the addition of two barbs on the shank, which secure baits to the hook making for a realistic presentation. Traditionally available only in a bronze finish, the new black nickel finish pictured will increase this hook patterns durability in saltwater use.
